Dusty Lynn, MSc,RN

Neonatal & Pediatric Emergency Educator

Dusty Lynn, RN, MSc, TCRN, EMT-P, brings more than 30 years of experience in neonatal and pediatric critical care. Her clinical background spans the NICU, Pediatric Trauma, Pediatric and Cardiac ICUs, and ECMO at leading institutions including East Carolina University, UNC–Chapel Hill, Children’s National Hospital, VCU, and UVA Health.

While serving as the EMS Outreach Coordinator at Children’s National Hospital, Dusty became a paramedic to better understand and support prehospital care providers. This unique dual perspective allows her to effectively bridge hospital-based and prehospital emergency care.

Dusty currently serves as the Training and Education Director for the Thomas Jefferson EMS Council and as Director of Pediatric Education for Edutainment Consulting and Seminars. In these roles, she teaches nationally, serves on state EMS committees, and contributes to Emergency Nurses Association publications.

Passionate about advancing resuscitation education, Dusty focuses on improving neonatal, pediatric, and geriatric emergency care through evidence-based instruction and mentorship. Her colleagues describe her as a dedicated educator who inspires others to deliver exceptional, compassionate care.
